Information on returns: According to what is decreed in D.Lgs 206/2005, returns can be made within ten days, the communication of the return must be made within 48 hours, return shipping must be done within ten days. (Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer) 

The return can be made only when:

     1. The buyer returns the purchase in its original conditions and with all the labels and tags intact.     2. The buyer pays all shipping costs.     3. The garment is not a “made to order” piece. Pepi Tango will reimburse the amount of the order deducted the following expenses:

1. Shipping costs
2. Credit Card commissions (if the order was paid by CC)
3. PayPal commissions (if the buyer used this payment method).

 The request to return a garment must be made by email within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the order.
