Pepitango guarantees that all information given for promotional purposes will be treated in accordance to Decree LGS. 196/2003.

Moreover, our firm informs that according to decree Lgs. 196/2003 the data of the users given when placing the order and/or when completing the invoice are exempt from the consensus of the buyer as they have been collected according to the fiscal/tributary obligations envisaged by the Law, to the rules and Community regulations and, in any event, with the only purpose to abide to the obligations deriving from the purchase order of which the buyer is interesting part and/or to acquire the necessary contractual information always and exclusively activated because of the requests of the latter. (Art. 24, Lett. A e B, D. LGS. 196/2003).
