Shipping and delivery. For all shipments within Italy Pepitango uses the Express Courier SDA, for shipments outside Italy uses UPS.Delivery times are 2 to 5 weekdays from when payment is confirmed.In case payment is made by wire transfer, if you email a copy of the bank receipt to info@pepitango.itor if you send it by fax to   +39-055-2478804 shipping is made immediately.  The shipping costs can vary depending on they type of delivery, the quantity of the products and are detailed when placing the order.Shipping up to 3 Kg: in Italy totals €11,00 in the countries of the EU totals €15,00 in the rest of the world the costs vary and are calculated at the time of purchase.

DELIVERY FOR A SPECIFIC TIME:It is impossible to plan a specific time of delivery. The courier usually delivers between 09.00 and 12.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00.If it is not possible to guarantee your presence at your address, it is strongly advised to give us an alternate address (shop, office, home).

FAILURE TO DELIVER:Whenever the courier does not find anyone at the specified address, they leave a card with the information on how to contact the office and arrange for a second delivery.

NOTIFICATION:When we ship your order we send you an email to notify you, which includes the airbill number. With this code it is possible to monitor the state of the shipment by checking the site (www.sda.it or www.ups.it)

Special delivery

EXPRESS 12:EXPRESS DELIVERY allows you to received your order the day after by 12 noon. It must be requested by 9AM of the day before the requested delivery.The extra charge for this service is 5 € and it is not applicable to all areas of Italy.( controllare per EU ed extra EU)IF YOU ARE NEVER HOME:It is possible to ask for delivery to be held in the office of the courier company.The order is held in their offices and can be picked up within three days.On the site www.sda.it   you can find the addresses of all their offices in Italy.
